Plants on floor & Wall Tubes.

COB LEDs, for light.

Aeroponics as Misters to Oxygenate Solution, inside vertical Garden Towers.

Shure, why not.
It will probably work very good but building all this is going to be much work.
It´s also a design with many things that can fail so you have to be around and can fix everything when something breaks.
You must also think about that all these things get dirty after a while and will need to be cleaned up periodically.
This can´t be done when things are growing so you must either make it possible to remove plants during cleaning or grow something that get finnished after a while, a crop, like tomatoes or cannabis.
The big reason people are using soil are they are lazy and it´s easy and not so much work.
A tecnically advanced aeroponics will get much better results but also more work and more maintenance.

I would go with soil or a DWC maybe, it´s so much easier.
It would be cool though if you do it, dont forget show pics.
