Yet more hypocrisy from Trump. After bashing Hillary for deleted emails, and for using a personal email account, we once again find the White House engaging in the same behavior.

After Luther Strange lost the Alabama primary. Trump deleted his tweets supporting strange. Of course, those tweets haven't been lost and we all know that loser trump picked the wrong candidate, but it is illegal for him to delete any electronic record under the Presidental Records act.

And now we find out that Jared Kusher hid from senate investigators the fact that he's been using a personal email account to conduct government business, in violation of White House rules.

Hah, deleting a tweet is illegal?  What universe did I wake up in?!

The same universe where trump wanted Hillary Clinton to go to jail for deleting emails.

It isn't illegal to delete tweets and it isn't illegal to use your personal email at work, it is illegal to send highly classified informatiom through your personal email and try to hide it and lie about it under oath though

It isn't illegal to use personal email at work. It isn't illegal to use personal email in the government, either. It is expressly against White House rules to use personal email to conduct government business,  as at least six current White House officials have done.

As for tweets:

http://theconversation.com/donald-trumps-tweets-are-now-presidential-records-71973

Quote:
After Richard Nixon’s presidency, Congress created the Presidential Records Act of 1978 out of concern that former president Nixon would destroy the tapes that led to his resignation.

The PRA sets strict rules for presidential records created during a president’s term. They include material related to “constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President.” This includes records created on electronic platforms like email, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. There is a narrow exception that things like diaries, journals or other personal notes don’t need to be opened for review.

Under the law, the federal government must maintain ownership and control of all presidential records, including records created by the president’s staff. Once a president leaves office, all presidential records must be transferred to the archivist of the United States, who makes them available to the public over time.

She absolutely should have been held responsible for transferring confidential information to her private email server ON PURPOSE with her security clearance.

I don't give a fuck if some low level schlub does it so much, but the secretary of state?!?!  JAIL TIME HOMIE.

Calm down. Her server was a lot more secure than the state department server, which was hacked so badly they had to shut it down for days. Her server was practically the only one in DC not hacked.

What is creepy is this right wing fantasy about children being kidnapped and molested. It was the only thing you people talked about for months. you people have very strange fetishes. Probably results from never leaving the basement.

What ever happened to the sweeping arrests that sessions was gonna bring down? I was told dozens of democrats already had arrest warrants. Why did you guys give up on those poor children? I guess caring about these things is only fashionable as a tool for political retribution.

I always thought it was hilarious that you people put your faith in a man who hits on underage girls and talked about banging his own daughter.
