If you feel that you must watch a movie, wait until the peak of the
acid has passed. that might be as long as four hours into the trip.
It will be the point where you regain some lucidity and feel like
moving around again..

I beg you, don't waste your peak with movies... the rest of your trip
is, however, up to you.

edit: Someday I must figure out this threaded business that's going

there's BBC nature documentary shows that are really good...doubt you can find them in your local video store, but if you look around online for them they're really beatuiful and spectacular, especially "the private life of plants"...great time-lapse video of plants growing.. plus david attenborough's voice in very nice. you can find a lot of BBC nature documentary shows on a site called mvgroup.org

Seriously though, I was shrooming one night when I was watching "Step into Liquid" which is a surfing movie, ya know those videos they make (skiing, skateboarding, snowboarding, etc) with music in the background...

They have always tickled my brain just right.

man flesh gordon is funny but too messed up for drugs (possible?)

waking life is really good but not so much a 'fun' movie

fantasia can actually be suprisingly creepy especially from the music in some scenes. the dancing mushrooms......

what is the grateful dead movie? not a concert is it?

UHF with Weird Al Yankovich and Keith Richards was one of the funniest movies I've ever watched on a comedown from shrooms.

Also, Micro Cosmos was an absolutely incredible trip movie. It's all sorts of bugs in macrovision! Might not find it at the movie store, but I got the DVD for like 5 bucks online.

I agree, don't watch at the peak, but on a long comedown from CID, it can be really entertaining.

I actually did watch this one tripping before I knew what it was.  My friend said it was a "drug comedy".  By the ass to ass scene I was in the fetal position :crazy2:

I vote The Dark Crystal.  Good tripping movie.
