"Washington has adopted a first strike "pre-emptive" nuclear policy, which has now received congressional approval. Nuclear weapons are no longer a weapon of last resort as during the cold War era."
Does this not disturb anyone else?! im sure other nations will adopt similar policies.

Well when you're happily living in a fantasy world, you usually ignore anything that proves otherwise.
Does this not disturb anyone else?! im sure other nations will adopt similar policies.
Maybe that's why we're trying to take all their weapons away.

As long as other nations target only Rome on the Potomac, all should be well.
-------------------- To call humans 'rational beings' does injustice to the term, 'rational.' Humans are capable of rational thought, but it is not their essence. Humans are animals, beasts with complex brains. Humans, more often than not, utilize their cerebrum to rationalize what their primal instincts, their preconceived notions, and their emotional desires have presented as goals - humans are rationalizing beings.

oh, you mean so that they can initiate force indiscriminately, while thier targets can't defend themselves?
On what basis do you believe the united states won't abuse this absolute power absolutely?
Or do you just blurt out stupid unthoughtout statements?
