That's direct endangerment and I can see your point, its simply correct.

What is murder is dropping bombs and preemptive strikes where you're not on your land defending whatsoever.

If you can argue that you have to kill then let it be kill. How often in modern warfare can we really say that?

Preemptive strikes are not murder.  The cop in the example I gave above preemptively shot the hostage taker in the face

War is war.  Very little of the killing that occurs can be called murder.

I'm sure we can argue, for the millionth time, about the efficacy of finishing Saddam and whacking the Taliban.  Let me point out, though, that they are murdering scum, both of them.  Well not Saddam any more:grin:.  Turning a blind eye to that is absurd.
