The Dem most likely to win the popular vote, and the only one anybody seems to be talking about these days is Bernie Sanders. But he wont get the nomination. If he does I will be EXTREMELY surprised and may even have renewed faith in the system. Bernie has spoken out way too much about the perils of the Federal Reserve system to ever get a nomination. Just like Ron Paul back in 2008, when he was getting standing ovations and would have cleanly won a popular vote or any debate vs Obama, but was censored in the GOP primaries and the nomination was given to Romney. Paul was on that "audit the fed" shit a little too hard for a nomination to ever actually happen. I think Sanders is in the same boat.


Disagree, if anyone is like Ron Paul, it's his patronizing son, Rand.

I'm not saying Ron and Bernie are alike I'm terms of general political convictions. Im saying they are alike in that neither of them will ever get a rep\dem nomination due to their outspokenness regarding the banking system.

It is my understanding that Dr Ron Paul considers himself a constitutional libertarian and is the most traditionally conservative politician of our era. Bernie Sanders I believe considers himself to be a democratic socialist and is anything but conservative. Both of them take exception to fraud within the banking system and are specific with their assertions, which is political suicide in my opinion.

I guess we'll have to wait and see if he gets the nomination. Bernie is certainly the most highly regarded democratic candidate on these forums. He certainly is the savior all of my democratic friends have been waiting for. I can't speak for the entire united States but here in Virginia the Sanders frenzy is palpable. He is lauded as the sole candidate that truly has the working mans welfare in his heart and convictions. Once again I can't speak for the rest of the US, but in Virginia, he would be the clear cut winner in a popular vote amongst Democrats. Let's just see if he gets the nod.

There's been some really interesting Hillary news over the last few weeks that I haven't seen posted.   


This was a few days after the debate where again she shows the viewing audience that she has done nothing wrong regarding her server, and much like she did during the debate when Bernie had the crowd cheering. No we have everyone seeing these type of reactions to downplay what would have landed any other politician out of the race and quite possibly in jail at  this point. The server scandal will now be used to her advantage by painting her as the victim of yet another right wing conspiracy.

    She is using the same victim strategy with the Benghazi incident which she has labeled a partisan operation against her. Evil misogynistic republicans are out to get her.   I really think Bernie did himself and the rest of the candidates a disservice by rendering the server issue useless with his stunt. He could have said nothing and gave others an opportunity to try to discredit her and level the playing field. I'm not talking about attacking her viciously, but that issue as well as Benghazi was the kryptonite that was needed to defeat this beast. Bernie is either in on this or has no clue who he is dealing.

          The only question is, who will slay the beast?

In all seriousness the Clintons are tied to some pretty insidious scandals, Christopher Hitchens wrote a book about them.


And I'm still convinced the show House of Cards, although adapted from a British series, is based on the Clintons (a narcissistic power couple, Southern democrats, loose morals, copious sex).

Kindof makes sense. I've always wanted to have the time to sit and watch that show, but there is so much going on, and I can't watch it while I work, because if I miss something I have to keep rewatching it.

Great show though. I think that it really does reflect reality in politics. While I was watching that show, I was thinking of the times in real life that I've seen similar events occur.
