Hey man I am really not trying to bullshit anyone here

The guy was a total idiot, a little while ago he went joyriding in one of his friend's van (without him knowing) and was going at like 90mph down us-285 to denver at like 4am. The funny thing is is that he did this twice, god knows why. The first time no one found out (though he stupidly told a few of his other buddies) but the second time he got caught. He ended up losing his license so now all his friends have to drive him places

If he doesn't hang out with dudes buddy who chauffeurs him, isn't it reasonable to assume he just associates the car with dude, and basically forgets chauffeur buddy exists? And if so, isn't it reasonable to assume that he may refer to the car as dude's car, mistakenly, without lying?

They automatically take your license away for doing 90? I do 90 every day. Shit, I got pulled over by a cop a few months ago doing 95 at 2am and he just gave me a verbal warning and told me to slow down. Lucky, I know. Saved me from about a $500+ ticket. Good thing I'm white I guess. But here, the speed limit is 70 in most places and the 'flow of traffic' is usually 75-80
