Need help finding a rubber seal
    #21202229 -

Years ago ordered a spore trading post kit.  I still like having the heater sticking out of the incubator.  I need help finding out where the keeper gets the rubber seals that the heater slides into.  It's a good design not having to open the incubator to alter temps.  Looked all over the web and haven't found it.  Please assist

There is no need to incubate anything unless you live in a garage in alaska...room temp is just fine...just keep the jars/bags on a shelf while they colonize....

Temps are cold in the basement.  Might be warmer when we are done redoing the room.  There is also a gas fireplace.  Thanks

Have you a picture or link to what you are talking about. I have no idea what you mean, there may be alternatives you could use.

What is it? Pics?

If it's just like an o-ring or a flat rubber washer try a hardware store or home depot/lowes.

I can't find pics online and I haven't had their kit in ten years or so.  It was like a plug with two walls and a hole in he middle for the aquarium heater to slide into.  Kept the heater dial outside the chamber.  The walls of the plug would go on both sides of the chamber's plastic wall.  All very snug and could keep accurate temps.  Unfortunately our gas fireplace is not temp specific.  It only has higher or lower settings, so it will take getting used to it.  I really prefer very accurate temps....specific temps with no change.
