Your plan would burden business even more than it is currently burdened.  The cost of hiring would increase enough to discourage growth.  Further, and most importantly, I suspect that your plan would require policies that would result in even more contraction of our civil rights.

Every country on the planet controls it's immigration.  Illegal immigrants do not pay anywhere near enough taxes to cover their cost and a huge percentage pay no taxes at all except for sales tax on the shit they buy because they work under the table.

Laws against crime have not stopped all crime so according to enhils philosophy, we should just make all crimes legal and empty the jails. It is protectionism, protection for the American worker. He wants to let the scum of the earth in with no restrictions, that worked great with the mariel boat lift didn't it? We got the mental defectives and hard core criminals.

We already have a system for allowing foreigners in. We screen them and keep out the dirtbags. Since enlil doesn't like that, obviously he wants the scum to get it too, those with a long criminal history, no skills, no English. They can go straight to the welfare rolls and vote dem.

That's because he has signed up to work overflow/conflict cases assigned to the public defender.  Of course they get paid.  As a solo practitioner, I don't get paid shit if I happen to be in a court when a defendant needs a lawyer and a judge orders me to represent him.

Never, but I have spent most of my career as a PD.  It might happen to me down the line, though.  I have seen it happen on three occasions to other lawyers.
