I know :uhoh:

IIRC it was kinda stringy before spawning, but I didn't sniff it. I thought it might just be a light bacterial infection that I could still get a flush from.

Fruits look good.  The "white pearls" are hyphal knots, the stage just before primordia.

And should I put them to fruiting conditions? Or leave the wax paper in for a while?
Thank you for your response man

Hello everyone, I am updating the thread. I already removed or fixed most of the broken links, none of the broken links were important stuff, they were just logos/graphics I made for the thread but uploaded through photobucket years ago. I'll make new logos/graphics soon. I uploaded all the photos through Shroomery so that the thread would last forever and never end up with broken links, I should have uploaded the graphics through shroomery as well.

If anyone has any changes, additions, or ideas for improving the thread feel free to post them.
I still get a lot of messages & ratings about this thread, so I would like to keep it alive and updated since it's being used by new cultivators still.

I believe the spores for this grow were from captain futures grow but I got them from a member who wanted me to have a shot at em. Can't remember the user unfortunately. I had a few people send me what looked like the captains prints. I have a wild print from Alan that I'm going to have a look at soon.

Incredible work Pasty. It's awesome to see that species indoors.

I recently met Alan in person at a mushroom talk in Florida.
As awesome in person as he is online. Alan and myself spent a few months working on a "Psilocybe of Mexico" poster and we sold 31+ of them at his talk.
I make a lot of mushroom posters in my spare time in between cultivating and mushroom foraging.

It's amazing what a couple mycohpiles can do with a little collaboration.
I use all my photoshop skills combined with both me and Alan's photography to make the posters.

These are all Psilocybe species Alan has found throughout Mexico:

This is our most recent poster, a lot of the deadly or toxic mushrooms on the North American continent:

I'm working on an "Edible Mushrooms" poster now.

I might try that.

The full resolution on these is 5000x8000px so they can be printed on any material at 24"x36" and larger.
I have a 24x36 myself, and it's huuuuge with no detail loss. I get them printed at 300dpi, which is National Geographic quality. :awesomenod:
