Some people here report just buying brown rice from the grocery store and putting it through a coffee grinder. They said that the results were no different. I'd link you to the posts but I'm to lazy to look for them right now.

this dude lives in a major city in the U.S.A. and searched 7different stores 4 of them being "health food" stores.None of them had the flour. So he just went to the grocery store and bought all natural brown rice. He grinded it up in a coffee grinder and says he's got a few jars of creeper going pretty fast. He said that finding the flour would be easier and save a step but everything should be ok.

Same thing I did.. i'll assume that all "health food stores" are pricey as hell.. I can get a bag of rice for abour $0.39.. probably save yourself some loot.
