Never skip breakfast!

Seeing as the first meal you eat after sleeping breaks your overnight fast, it is impossible to skip breakfast unless you plan on starving yourself to death.

Not yet.

Usually the idea about breakfast is that it is food eaten close to waking up. So when people say that you shouldnt skip breakfast They mean that you shouldnt have your breakfast too late.

So when I wake up and pick the nacho crumbs off the sheets, I am eating breakfast.

The only way to circumvent breakfast then is to eat precisely at 12:00PM, or lunchtime.
