i am finding that just chugging water when i get a hunger pain works pretty well.

pushups and situps are helping too.

Fasting es mucho catabolic, hombre. If I wish for boundless energy, I eat a lot of pasta and run around the neighborhood.

I've been doing that for 53 years. Sometimes I ate too much pasta though. :pizza: :breakfast: :skittles: :donut: :ripebanana:

You guys still keeping the faith or did you fall off the wagon? What gives?

Day five. I feel good. I've lost 6 lbs already but that should even out soon. I expect to loose about 15 to 20 lbs.

It's a challenging day as I have 10 hours of work and it's all going to be around very yummy and often free food.

still going, 7 hours or so to the end of day 2. it's already easier than day one.

i dunno, for some reason the first 4 hours after i decided to start fasting were the hardest for some reason. whenever i first got it in my mind to do this, via Icelanders post obviously, all i could think about was eating...it was really weird and kind of depressing.

My son did this about a week ago. He thought day 3 was the monster. He said that he did not remember day 4 to well. By the end he said that he was a space cadet, and clearly not in his normal mind. At the moment I am still to big a wimp, but I plan to try it soon. My 18 year old daughter is starting a fast, purportedly, on Monday.

I may have to try that ice cream diet. I went to the convience store and got a quart of soft serve ice cream. :smirk:

The only thing that sucks is that the vanilla ran out almost immediately after I started filling the tub, so it was mostly chocalate, but it is still delicious.
