if everything has to come from somewhere, what was before God though??? something then had to create god right??? 

however, understanding that a christian would retort with... "well the bible says that god has always been and will be"

so if our feeble minds can grasp the concept of a humanistic type spirit always having been ever present in the universe, couldn't also be possible for anything else to have always been present?.. say like atoms or any other certain particle?

The problem is that time-- as we know it-- has no meaning before the Big Bang.

So, there is really no way for us to know what happened-
Or to even have a frame of reference for that matter-
Before the big bang.

To play Devil's advocate...

How do you know that there was a point when nothing existed? Current postulations on the big bang include gravitational change red shift/blue shift, which would mean it's cyclical.

More recent notions include multiple waves that ripple from each other, creating, in a sense, "puddles", where theres enough bouncing waves for matter as we know it.

Anyway, who's to say that something like all of existence couldn't be the result of a constant, other than some egotistical fuck in the sky.

I have watched a show on the Science Channel that proposed a hypothesis. They stated that the Universe might recycle itself with black holes. Say all the black holes consume all the matter in the universe, finally there are only black holes left. They roam around consuming each other at this point. Finally, two black holes remain, one swallows the other, and BOOM. You have another big bang. The universe might also stop expanding one day and start to collapse on itself again. I am almost certain that the universe recycles itself in one way or another.

Yes, I believe this is one of the theories.
That the universe goes through periods of expansion (from a big bang) and contraction (to a singularity)...

Tough to keep up on physics though. I know nothing about string theory.

I used to love this quantum physics shit.
I gotta start reading up on it again.

For the big bang theory to of happened there would of had to of been something. Now something had to create that something to create the big bang. Why is it that there has been the same reports from people who have died and or had near death experiences all have described the same thing? Past that what would account for ghosts in every culture since the begining of man?
