i read from a book once that anything that exists in time and space is an illusion. the only thing that may be eternal is truth. what is the source which seperates illusion from truth?

I don't generally like making direct eye contact with anyone apart from a lover.  A good way to make it seem like you're making eye contact, however, is to focus your eyes on the point right between your target's eyes.
