Uh, no, a lawyer very well might get her out of this mess.

At worst, the lawyer might get her some kind of plea deal that results in all of this shit eventually dropping off her record.  It's not about the judge/jury believing her.  It's about the justice system cutting her lawyer a deal for her because they don't want to litigate a relatively small case like this to death.

Cannot stress the need for her to get a lawyer enough.  You guys poo-poo-ing on this are doing her a huge disservice.

OP you will likely get 12 months court supervision and forced to get an assesment for drug treatment.  I was just sitting in court for my charge and watched numerous cases like yours brought up in front of the judge and they all got the same charges I mentioned.  You will get a hefty fine, an 18 year old kid in the courtroom got 750$ fine just for having a pipe and then you will have a couple more bullshit fines so probably around a 1000$ give or take.

I think that calling someone a coward for being in this forum is pretty stupid. If you don't want to read the anonymous opinions, don't come to Shroomerites Anonymous. It's clear that #10 has every right to be anonymous, and that by coming here, you implicitly recognize that right.

Of course, anonymously, we're all bullies. That should also be understood. The benefit is that we don't have to worry about our reputations or having consequences follow us, and therefore can speak freely.

i don't follow. please derive for me your assumption; speak freely = bully..... because i can't make much sense out of it. there are people in the anon forum, and the internet in general (which is anonymous) that have helped me more than i could ever wish to repay them for. and i try to spread the love. some people come here to take their frustrations with life out on others. personally, i do consider myself one of the smarter frequenters of the anon forum and can pretty much prove it. but i don't rub my societal 'status' in anyones face. at all. ever. because that is lower than fucking low. but these people aren't even backing themselves up. they're just spewing ridiculous slurs and calling it a day. so i wonder, whats really going on? i'd be willing to bet that they themselves feel worthless.
