try to talk to anyone from the DA's office and explain to them why a Nolle prosequi is a win win. do that only if you are telling the truth. you shouldnt have any prints on the pipe in conjunction with a lack of a tox screen (inconclusive) or one showing there was no xanax in your system.

Dude, don't try to fool around with talking your way out of this, whether with the judge or the DA's office.  It isn't going to go well.

Just get a fuckin' lawyer.  Whether you beg, borrow or steal the cash for it.  Swallow your pride and rent out your snatch a few times if you have to.

This is your life you're talking about.  A conviction, even a non-felony, haunts you for life these days.  Employers all run background checks now.  You don't want a record.

GET. A FUCKING.  LAWYER.

What state are you in?

Different states have different laws regarding constructive possession, that is to say that the police need to prove that it was in your care, dominion, or control.

If you don't have a good lawyer the courts rarely drop charges on dope cases, but it does vary.

I dont need to see a pic to help you, but knowing what state you are in, what your charges are, and any information regarding police reports/ statements could help me help you a great deal.

Deny any wrongdoing, do not give a statement, demand trial by jury.  Give me more details.

I live in Kansas.

Count One:
Alprazolam, a schedule IV drug. possession of alprazolam, a class A nonperson misdemeanor.

Count Two:
Possession of Drug paraphernalia, a class A non person misdemeanor.

What I'm mainly worried about is getting stuck in the state.
I'm almost done with high school and I want to GTFO and get my ass in school and write a fucking book. D:

1.  You're really, really dumb if that is the first thing you're worried about here.  REALLY dumb.  You're young and have the whole rest of your life to move out of Kansas.  Two misdemeanors on your currently clean record will follow you the rest of your life to every job you apply for, etc.

2.  What part of everyone telling you "GET A LAWYER" is not getting through your thick skull?  If you do not pay for a lawyer for this shit, not only is it entirely possible you will be stuck in Kansas for a while, but you're going to eat shit in court.
