Busted for xanax and paraphernalia

I was in a car accident with an acquaintance of mine who was driving.
I blacked out and was taken to the hospital because I hit the windshield. They sent me home from there. I never spoke to an officer.

Now I am facing charges for paraphernalia and possession of xanax both of which weren't mine.
A pipe and xanax was found in my purse supposedly, i never had either of those items on me so i don't know where this came in? (my purse was left in the car while I was taken to the hospital so i don't know if he placed them there or if the cops are making this up?).

Also, I want to move to Colorado after i finish high school to start cosmetology which should be in a couple months and I don't want to be stuck here for something i did not do..

How can I get these charges dropped?

Lawyer up and stick to your story if you want to beat it. For your sake get all the information you can out of the case cops, meaning everything written out and filed including reports, pictures and statements. You better hope your blood test comes back negative for drugs or they are going to nail your ovaries to the cell block.

i dunno of possession charges are all that serious (ovaries nailed to cell block serious). you aren't going to prison, lady. but do your best to clear your name. get a good lawyer and tell the truth.

i don't think it would hurt. you should dress like a nice little square. tell them your plans for the future. look really sad/scared/sorry/confused and tell them your side of shit. you'll have your appointed lawyer. and this will be alright if you don't have any priors. and this is only possession, so i don't think its going to be all that serious.
