I would restrict my smoking to at most once per week as I'm sure daily cigarettes can't be too healthy.

I smoke the organic roll ups, probably 10 a day for two years now. I dont even cough in the morning. I do however walk to work, eat veggies, drink good liquor. I think the shit I breathe coming out of the cars on the road and the cars I work on fuck me up worse than a smoke. I used to smoke marlboro in an emergency, bought a pack the other day and could taste a plastic/tainted taste.

If you buy american spirit in the pack are they fire safe like the other? are my roll ups safe from ethyl vinyl acetate? buck ofama?



So the guvment is making me feel rather manic and antsy lately. tl;dr

doesnt matter what you do these days, as your genetics can get molested from anything. Smoking anything is never healthy., and it all depends on luck I guess, some people smoke all there life, and never have problems, some people smoke a couple years early on in there life and thats all it takes for them to progress into a debilitating state. It matters on too many things for you to ask, and if you really want an answer; How long will it take? 143days, before your lungs are fondled enough. IDK who the fuck can say without sounding like an idiot. Just remember tho, that cancer is caused by a molestation figuratively speak of your dna, I'm not sure if that is its exact cause, but thats what motivates tumors to grow irradicaly. So what Im saying is that, you may be the one who smokes a lil bit in his life and thats all it takes for you to develope something malicious, or you may not who knows. Suck the dick of life and stop worrying. :boobs:

I did some digging a few months back and found a discussion in a forum where someone ha written the Santa Fe tobacco Co. and asked them about their FSC process and here was the reply from the company:

[gradient:#704E09,#]Several months ago I emailed Santa Fe Tobacco Co. about the fire safe cigs. This is the reply I received from them:

Thank you for your email. If you purchase cigarettes in any of the states listed below you will receive FSC cigarettes, regardless of which brand you choose.
"Fire Standards Compliant," (FSC) is a phrase Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company uses to describe the Natural American Spirit cigarettes that have been tested and have satisfied the requirements of the states of New York, Vermont, California, Oregon, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Illinois, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Utah, Alaska, Rhode Island and Washington DC. These tests, according to state authorities, measure the tendency of a cigarette to self-extinguish if left unattended. We expect that all states will eventually adopt this law.

Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company does not add any chemicals to our tobacco to comply with State fire safety laws. We simply use a new type of flax-based cigarette paper which has built-in speed bumps. Two speed bumps are placed in horizontal bands along the length of the cigarette. The burn retardant bands are virtually non-porous. As a result, not enough oxygen can diffuse through the bands to the burning tobacco in order to support the smoldering process. As the lit end burns across these bands, the supply of oxygen is restricted and the cigarette is more likely to self-extinguish.
The material used to create the speed bumps is a natural starch, applied to the paper in a water solution. Our Fire Standards Compliant (FSC) cigarettes contain the same amount of tobacco that Natural American Spirit cigarettes always have, and we use only the same premium quality 100% additive-free natural tobacco our customers have come to know and expect.[/gradient]

So apparently the bottom line, with Spirits at least, is that they use a "natural starch" for the burn retardant bands.  Hopefully the company wouldn't be shady enough to refer to a polymer as a "natural starch" via some chemistry loophole but they did sell out to Phillip Morris a few years back so who knows.

As for the EVA claim, I think this needs further validation.  I've seen this claim made on several websites (including everyone's favorite source of disputed official information: Wikipedia) but I haven't seen any footnotes to back it up.  Let's do some more digging, Shroomery.
