How far will you go with hallucinogens? (poll)

I'm wondering how far people will venture into their psyche without a safesitter.
Personally, I've had a little more than an eighth / 2 good blotters but plan to be pushing that limit soon.
Mushrooms?

I dunno.  I wouldn't need a sitter, but I'd at least like company for doses higher than 3.5g, or 3 hits.

I've definitely had some pretty potent acid where I could see 3-4 hits being a bit disastrous if I had nobody to talk to.  Mushrooms on the other hand... I kind of just lay in a puddle and trip the fuck out on high doses.  Acid makes me want to run around in circles.

I've had low dose trips and 10 strip trips/over 10 gram trips.

I'll still dose high on mushrooms now and then, but i'm done with high doses of LSD. I've been there countless times, it's not enjoyable for me anymore- I can't hang with the duration and I get too many negative effects in the end.

I prefer lower doses... 1 hit of good LSD, or an 8th of shrooms.

I never trip with a sitter, on any dose... usually on huge doses having someone else around just gives me anxiety.

ive pushed mushie doses pretty far 10g's being my max dry dose. However my experience with LSD is pretty limited, most was 2 in single dose. But id probably venture as far as 4 or 5.

I dunno.. I don't really appreciate high doses of acid like I do high dose mushrooms.  It sort of throws you naked and alone out into the cosmos.  There's no real guiding force behind it, and it tends to lead to a lot of delusion.  Mushrooms, however, definitely keep delusional thoughts in check.  They seem to revolve around a universal oneness with everything, and a reminder that all things all lead up to one point.  LSD makes me think in a solipsistic way and bothers the crap out of me.  Mushrooms remind me that I'm part of something greater.  I guess that has little to do with the question at hand.

People don't really give me anxiety, but sometimes I definitely wish everybody would shut the fuck up.  Especially when I feel like I'm right on the edge of something amazing and they keep talking about dumb shit or try to watch tv.  -__-

I would appreciate a trip buddy that would shut the fuck up unless something really epic happened.

Is it only shrooms and Acid? I've tripped on Salvia by my self in the living room with my (anti-drug)Wife in the other room.
I forgot who I was and where I was or what was going on. I kind of tucked myself in like a burrito wrap around my legs with a blanket and laid down and separated from my body. It went well, I didn't even try to get up apparently but I'm still kind of chicken to try that again because I didn't know who I was or where I was for a little while and that was weird. I liked that I could reach this state and return to reality in such a short period of time. I have never reached this state with LSD or Shrooms (psilocybin) but then again I have never pushed it that hard with those substances, because of fear of taking it too far.
Salvia doesn't give you a choice, it just takes you there.

I would probably do a quad at most, and even then I would probably want to have a friend around, nto as a trip sitter but just to keep me company.

on the other hand I'll do all the acid in the fucking world alone, that's never really been a problem for me

A relationship with someone that's anti-drugs when you are a proponent probably won't work in the long run but day by day it kind of sucks to not be able to follow my heart when it comes to expanding my mind but the world is not perfect or fair. Can't cry too much about it, it could be worse, it always can.
