I ate some shrooms in Vegas my friend was able to procure from his local source.  He claims they were elephant poop variety and I dont even know how much I ate.  I do know that I was on a moderate trip most of the day then when we got back to the hotel room I decided to do eat more like i was munching on popcorn and I remembered the bed turning into a wispy lord of the rings ghost scene bed if that makes sense.  I had trouble getting back to my hotel room after I walked him to his car as the room numbers started floating off the wall and then security got involved and stuff lol.  I eventually got back in my room and fell asleep tripping balls and woke up still tripping.  I was also drinking alcohol and smoking weed all day so that added to the intensity of the trip.  I prefer more moderate doses overall as I find them a bit more enjoyable than the blow your lid off type of trips.

I do enjoy high doses of mushrooms much more than low doses. Well, I say enjoy, but I get what I need out of high doses of mushrooms. I particularly enjoy mixing LSD and mushrooms together in higher doses. I've done it quite a few times now.

I won't say the entire thing is pleasant, but it mostly is. Especially after it's all over. It can be a very rewarding venture in terms of aiding the psyche. I've learned not to fight the feeling and just let it feel and to let it all happen.

Yeah, I feel you.  There are times when a big dose is needed for a reset of the mind.  Not going to lie the bigger doses frighten me a bit.  Its a respect thing between man, mushroom, and the astral/aether realms.  I dont recommend tripping alone in Vegas lol.  I do recommend taking higher doses in an environemnt that isn't going to completely overwhelm the senses.  With that said, I would like to go to that Canadien rave party that the youtuber psyched substance has gone to as that seems to be the right kind of environemt to do higher doses in a public setting.

It's like raising stakes at a casino. At some point the stakes are so high that you're going to lose everything if things don't go your way.

There has never been any scientific evidence that large doses are more effective than medium doses, but there is very conclusive evidence that they're more dangerous.

But I'd be lying if I didn't admit that the highest I ever went with mushrooms also changed me more than any other trip I've ever had.

But I also could have easily ended up in the hospital or prison, I was off my fucking head. At the peak, I couldn't see through the hallucinations. I couldn't understand language spoken to me at all, it just sounded like gibberish. I would have moments of total hallucination of just 2d shapes or psychedelic memory scapes with no awareness of my body. Worst of all, I couldn't think. I literally had zero control over my own thoughts in my own mind at all. Instead my mind was filled with uncontrollable nonsense.

God knows what someone else might do in a state like that. Lots of people have had real disasters happen in states like that.

But I have to admit that it was probably the single most influential thing I ever experienced. It's like raising stakes at a casino. If you lose you're fucked, and you'll probably lose, but if you win...

Anyway, I don't recommend it, the risks are too high.
