OP, if you don't like your situation, change it. it really is that simple.

stop smoking weed for at least a month. not only will you enjoy soooo much more the next time you use, you'll see an improvement in your attitude.

get a new job and move out. that might seem easier said than done, but fuck it i do door-to-door sales, i make $3k/mo+ and after you do it for a while its hella easy. i'm sure you're probably the "i ahte salespeople, im blue collar" type, but oh well, try something else then. don't work really hard for little pay though, thats slavery.

want to get laid? there are two ways to do it. either go out and start talking to girls, which will most likely result in embarrassment for a while, or get into PUA, Pick-Up Artistry.

you can change your whole situation in a couple months if you really want to. you obviously dont have to do shit exactly like me, but everything i've said worked miracles for my life. hope some of it helps.

If you get into PUA, you still need to go out and start talking to girls. Thats the most important part of PUA.

No ones life works out exactly like they thought it would. Smoking weed is a personal choice or preference, if you wanna do it then so be it. Don't let it hold you back, though. this day and age weed is mostly a trap, it's almost completely harmless, although if you lack motivational skills then it can amplify that. It also puts you in unneeded danger of losing your natural rights as a person, ie. jail and community service and probation, or even being killed by a botched drug deal or some asshole using chemicals to increase potency.
A hobby would also be good, i get high and work on mushroom cultivation, but seeing as how you live at home, this may not be your best hobby idea. Just do like all those motivational speakers say and follow the path of happiness, think about the bigger picture, and truly understand what it is that provides you with happiness and do it. So, let's just say you enjoy masturbating, think about what it is that you actually enjoy about it. I'm sure it's not sitting around fucking yourself that you're actually deriving your pleasure from. More than likely you are just relieving tension, or maybe you just enjoy fantasizing. Who knows, the point is your not getting anywhere by just complaining and stating your problems. You have to look at each of your problems individually and determine a solution that fits. Usually when i do this I'll find that the majority of my problems come from a common source

I got some good advice from a friend recently.

He told me to accept who you are and be okay with it.  If you are most comfortable at home smoking weed and not getting laid, then stick to it.  Personally, trying to meet new people gives me terrible anxiety so I just avoid it.  I stay home most of the time (i haven't left my house for about 4 days now) and you know what?? that's where I'm most comfortable and most happy.  Sometimes I feel like my life is unfulfilling and I want more...relationships, etc. but I personally don't think I can handle that.

So, accept who you are and be cool with it...eventually you may even become happy with it.
