Psilocybe Aucklandii?

Found in wood chips in Albany. Hollow stems. No signs of bruising. Attempt at taking a print showed there were very few spores, which were purply brown in colour. Sorry for poor quality of pic. There is some dirt on the stem in pic, it is actually unmarked. These were part of a fairly large colony, from which I only took the largest. Any help much appreciated :smile:

Those are beauties!

The stem looks alot thicker than most of the aucklandii ive seen.
Im curious as to what colour they are staining.

That's the problem Gabemate. They don't bruise at all, let alone bruise blue. Looks like these guys aren't keepers.

You probably found a Psathyrella species.

Psathyrella, Pholiota, Psilocybe, who knows what they might be without more clear photos.

Whatever they are, they are not Ps. auklandii, nor do they sound like any other active species.
