Sorry, but your post sounds like a typical southern person.....

Perhaps some world travel would help you be more open to things.....

While I am definately against the war, I am not
some sheltered rich kid living off his dad who has
no real world experience,

so, I offer you this:

1 Watch different TV stations to get a variety of sources
nice
2 Join any branch of the military or armed forces
real people join the military for a million doifferent reasons....most are good folk who have no idea what is going on in the world....they just need some $
3 Go to work everyday for 8 hours, give at least ? of income to government
better than not working and getting your mom to give you $ everyday....right?.......? better to supoort a "peace tax" than to lamb baste the poor who do not know what a peace tax is
4 Spend most of your paycheck on insurance, gas, loan repayments, and consumer items produced by gigantic corporations
as opposed to spending mom's money on booze, pot, and cheap ugly college girls?
5 Aspire to have rims
the south is not the entire US........when you finally get out, on your dad's dime, you will see this
6 Think like innvertigo
his opinion is as valid as yours

7 Blame osama bin laden
?
