No jerk off for a week

i started on monday,  i'm going for a week without masturbating.  lately i've been doing it sometimes twice a day,  so that's why i'm doing this.  i don't want to be controlled by it.  any tips?  i was thinking of having a competition with all the male members of the shroomery,  but i think i'll do that some other time.

My only tip would be to not worry about it so much.  I'm in, eh, not relationships exactly but.... fucking 2 chicks atm, so I'm knocking it out with one of them maybe 4 or 5 times a week on the good weeks, and I still whack off once or twice a day every day.  As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure its why I'm still fucking the one chick - frequent masturbation is the key to impressive sexual stamina.

Smoke alot of weed. I never want to when i smoke more than usual. I go a week all the time, but i run 2 miles every night to get out the energy. Then i smoke like it's goin out of style.

i just started working out again 2 days ago,  i think that's helping.  i hadn't for about 2 months and i think that's why i was doing it so often.  boredom maybe???  it shoots farther when i work out,  i think i just said to much.  but it's true.

Relax man.
There was a time where I was baitin' up to 7 times a day.  My nuts started getting sore all the time and then one of them started hugging close to my body.
