Its supposed to be a napalese landrace cannabis tree.

Id like to think it would be possible if not just to have the happy thought of a pot plant i could build a house in.

I saw pictures someone from Spain posted here where him and his friends had a 3 meter tall cannabis plant. It's not completely impossible...

Not saying bud plants that big are impossible.  I'm saying that i've never met bud that has a trunk, you know, with bark and everything.  Even when super humongous the stems stay pretty green, maybe getting a little woody at the bottom.
