normally:  red vs. blue = republican vs. democrat.
democrat = soft, republican = strong, somewhat fitting labels in some aspects.
(my dad also mentioned that the company that makes Charmin is conservative/right-minded)

i don't remember if they had the commercial out during any election times, or if this was really the intent of the commercial;  but now i notice that it only ran for a short time.

Have you guys noticed this effect of consciousness-expansion too? Its as if you're awake in the land of the sleeping. Its a trend I notice where drug-naive people think nothing of it, but psychedelics-using people notice the appalling messages in the media.

One thing I notice frequently is the use of cartoons with a skin tone/face structure/accent that is so neutral yet mildly ethnic that it can be any race.  Once I took a commercial and asked several people what race they thought a certain character was.  The mexican said mexican, the white said white, and the black said black.  It's both fucking ridiculous yet genious at the same time.  I know the ad people were aware of what they were doing.
