Hey Cactu! The subbalteatus should be popping very soon. It has been in the eighties and dry the last few days, and rain is predicted from tuesday evening through at least friday, so I think the subbs will begin popping around thursday or friday. The warm (HOT) temps have really woken things up around here, and now a good solid rain should cause things to explode!

Is this all horse dung

Your unknowns are certainly Panaeolus. My guess is that they might be neurotropic. My first instinct seeing them made me think P. fimicola, yet I do not know how widely distributed that mushroom could be. The colors are vibrant, the bands along the margin are trippy, the spore deposits on the caps look on the mark, and the gills are elegant.

Weiliiiii, there are some species of Psathyrella which fruit from dung.

Yeah G, all horse dung. I have dried specimens saved, along with prints. You know where I can find a good picture of fimicola? I don't think that's what it is, but you never know.
