Kettlebells are the shit. I recently did 440 2 handed swings in 22 minutes with a 42 pound KB. It wiped my ass out for 2 days ...in a good way.

atleast my posts arent about attention. mine have a meaning that isnt really about me but everyone one...

Actually I think I remember fivepointer mentioning that Jesus hunted dinosaurs with a 22 . Of course a head shot was necessary and with Gods help he never ever missed.
