Most of those pis in that video were of other astronomical objects........not some extrasolar planet.

One of the pix was of a planetary nebula.

One of the pis was of the planet Venus.

Scientists have basically proven the pole shift will happen 12-21-2012. The question is how devastating will it be? The Earth has survived at least one pole shift in the past. This time though the sun will be at its peak in solar activity. Some think this will cause the solar storm emitted from the sun to be powerful enough to blow off our atmosphere. This will happen when our solar system passes the galactic equator and magnetic poles switch. The sun's rapid switch of poles is supposed to emit the solar storm which supposedly will destroy Earth.

I'm a geologist, and I guarantee you that is just not true.

Nobody in science is even sure exactly what the mechanism is that CAUSES the pole-shifts that we have seen MANY TIMES in the history of the Earth.

It's pretty hard to predict something when you don't even know how it happens.

So no, you're wrong and that is absolute rubbish.

If you knew a lot about Edgar Cayce you would know that he was a TRUE prophet. He says the poles are going to shift. I used to welcome the end of the world. The truth is that whether this prediction is accurate or not is irrelevant. I think we all have a feeling something huge is going to happen in our lifetimes. People have always felt that way, in every era. But I think now, more than ever, it is true - something BIG is coming.

Now that I have a son my perception of this issue has totally changed, and it would be the same with anyone else I'm sure.
