Hi, I just answered this and it wouldn't download the reply.

Sorry but the mushrooms in the photograph are not Psilocybe portoricensis. I sent the same image along with another by Bononi to Dr. Gaston Guzman of the Instituto de Ecologia in Xalapa, Veracrux, Mexico. He saifd that neither picture by Bononi were not the P. puertoricensis.

However, do not be disparred. Psilocybe mamilata grows in Florida and several Caribbean nations. I'll look for an old sketch somewhere in my files. Give me a week,

Cool,I have never seen P. Portoricensis!And I have never seen a P Mammillata!Why dont more of you Florida hunters search for Mammillatas?
