What do you know of your energy-hubs?

The nerve system.. It "lumps" at the genitals, around the guts, solar plexus.. Etcetera..

Seems to me you "activated" - meaning the same as when you "activated" your finger, to press a button.. - the base hub.. That which one usually use to ground in 'this' reality.. (BTW: There are several more hubs/chakras, but if you know little of this, it is smart I would say, to start with the seven major ones.)

Oh.. It just pours in here, I could write on and on..

In short; I think you really grounded yourself, for the first time, consciously..

Yes!

My undisciplined "monkey mind" ran rampant in the garden of my imagination.I was and still am a beginner in the practice of meditation.I felt terrorized,powerless and afflicted.My attachment to the fruits of my labors seemed to invite hungry ghosts and demons for a free meal at my expense.My emotions and life became overwhelmingly unmanageable.I was ignorant,untrained and ineffective in dealing with negative emotions.The black dog of depression was clamped on my ass,dragging my rotten,diseased carcass deeper into her den of darkness and despair.I wondered,"Where the hell is a wrathful deity(HP)when you need Her for some back up?Will somebody please help liberate me and exorcise this garden of its weeds and parasites?"

The experience was distressing and,in some opinions ,possibly dangerous.However the,exercise did strengthen me and gave me some hope.

Any more I don't believe everything I think.

What others think of me is none of my business.

Flames can purify as well as burn.I can take the "hit" as a gift.If all this fails to satisfy my desires I just remember what my guru said after I invited him to one of my occasional "Pity Parties""Stick a fork in their ass,turn 'em over,their done!"
