Sounds like some of the towelheads that I have to talk to at work. you'd think they would at least learn basic telephony terms if they're going to work for in an operations center and have control over circuits. It's hard to try to get things fixed with them and they get pissed off so easily. I make notes of which companies outsource to India and vow to never buy their shit again... so far it's mostly hughes supply (home depot) that I've had the most problems with.
