Kings Of Convenience - Quiet Is The New Loud
Awesome duet from Norway... really good vocal harmonizing and awesome yet tastefully simple/humble songwriting.
Check out youtube for some samples... here's my favorite:

Gah beat me to it with the andy mckee!
Definitely check out Andy Mckee (the song Rylynn is prolly his best), as well as Antione Dufour (Toi et moi, Glimmer of Hope, and Trilogie are very good), Don Alder (acoustic guitar ballad), Don Ross (midnight march), and last but probably best: Laurence Juber (Lunar Eclipse and Pass the Buck)
All of the songs are on youtube with the exception of Lunar Eclipse (which is a shame, because it's probably the best one out of em all, IMO)

In case you haven't listened to Simon & Garfunkel's whole catalogue already, DO IT

and of course, TIM REYNOLDS. this guy is one of my guitar heros (i feel like an idiot saying that. thanks xbox). He plays with dave mathews on an album or two and they do the occasional small tour together, but his solo stuff is fantastic. got to see him a few years back in a VERY intimate setting and it was just mindblowing.

sorry its hard to find a video of him that dosnt have people screaming in it
