I've been around a lot of wealthy people. Partied with them, worked with them, got to know them well. Very few of them know how to deal with it and most have issues I'd never want in my life.

But those who do it well definately have lives to be envied! Funny thing is that if you didn't know them (the ones who are happy) you'd never know they had money. Maybe thats the secret; not flaunting the wealth, just enjoying the freedom it provides.

One of my very wealthy friends ended up getting addicted to Oxy with me, he HAD a Corvette, RX8, and a 350Z. He wrecked them all, fucked up on pills, stole from his parents for drug money, they kicked him out. He went to rehab in hopes of getting back on their good side. Gave up and broke out, he is now a squatter.

Rich kids are just as fucked up as everyone else, they have problems just like anyone else except that have the money to either fuck things up horribly or fix them. They're changes are usually more drastic than not as fortunate people. From my experience anyway.

I'm sober for a month now, moved away from there, no access to drugs and I'm doing great, waiting for snow so I can go snowboarding. I'm looking forward to life, and not my next fix. He is still doing oxy and will probably end up dead or in jail.

Rich kids are the absolute worst.

My ex-roommate is a rich kid, and now I am taking him to court because he was so spoiled and careless that the $4,000 a month his parents sent him was not enough to get him by month to month, so he pocketed all of the utility money I gave him over half of a year and moved out without paying the last two months of his half of the rent.

If I ever see him again, he's dead.

I'm friends with the guy who invented wine coolers' son. His parents (Dad especially) are quite wealthy. I remember a time when he talked about buying one of the Fiji Islands. I don't think my friend gets a shit ton of money from his parents all the time (yet), but he definitely has all his needs taken care of. He's very down to earth and pleasant to be around. Not at all like the stereotype.

I grew up around super rich kids and was friends with the kind whose parents can donate tens of millions USD to organizations although I was just upper middle class. A lot of them were good people too.


I had so much fun. I wouldn't trade the memories for anything.

Some of you guys are assholes. You dont even know they guy and your bashing him. You dont even know him, Like he said hes a nice guy but its like "Oh he has money what a fuckin prick"

Anyways I Have this friend whos super rich, has his own island and his parents kick it with Bill gates and shit. Well anyways dude has nooooo drive in life at all. Hes super self conscious and to his best friends will be like Im just gonna make a joint bank account and you guys can have all my money im leaving th country.(when hes depressed). Ive tried talking to him Im like "why dont you travel the world" and hes basically like already done that...

He did wanna join the army for a bit but his parents were like no well disown you balh blah.

Rich kids are snobs but sometimes I feel sorry as fuck for the, Im not talking well of im talking rich as in been around the world 3 times. kinda deppressing.

if you have rich friends, you need to convince them to take mushrooms or acid, then while they're coming up bring them to a nice outdoor psytrance party.

hopefully they will get some ideas on how to creatively spend their money.

for instance if i was super super super rich, i would immediately contact some group that puts on major festivals, and i would get them to make a festival for me, and i would make it as cheap as possible to get (basically do it for no profit expected).

and it would not have some faggy 3$ bottles of water on sale either, decent meals would be included.

i would invite alot of social activist people to be apart of the festival as VIPs and if you wanted to listen to music you had to listen to a bunch of shit about who to vote for and stuff.

thats just the first thing that comes to mind.

My best mate and shroom-compadre used to be a skint fuck like me when we were students, one time we had to share a bit of stale bread and a measly litre of the shittest white cider in the world. It was awesome :smile:

Anyway he did well for himself, got into poker, got cash and started hanging around with his other poker buddies and less and less with his old friends.  Moved to London for a well paying job in poker events, and last time I saw him he was flashing wads of cash and being rude to a bartender for not accepting a credit card.  Don't really speak to him any more.

I have a good friend, he's rich, his father is a saudi arabian oil tycoon. Talking 25 bedroom house and a butler. The kid drives a 95 ford explorer and is also my nug dealer. Just because your rich doesn't mean anything.
