harnessing energy by sexual repression

specifically by not ejaculating.

is there any truth to this?
if i stop ejaculating for a while(no sex or masturbation) is there some sort of energy that i can harness to better perform both mental and physical tasks?

the idea of harnessing energy (whatever form that may be) is both philisophical and spritual imo...
and i've become aware of this through yoga/meditation type things....

do you not see a correlation?

well the theory as i understand it is....

that if you do not orgasm...then you are storing more energy that can be used in many ways. to meditate better...be more creative....focus....even physical stuff. other than my understanding of the theory i know nothing else.

The energy comes from the mind from what I know.
To be more specific, we tune ourselves on the level of energy we wish to have, by setting moods/mind sets in a conscious way.
Also from a healthy nutrition, exercising and the like.

That theory makes no sense to me. :shrug:

yeah it seems like baloney to me.....
i was hoping to find someone who has tried it and it has proven to work.

i wish to harness some "energy" so that i can discipline myself....so far my mind alone hasn't been working for me.

These are Taoist practice and Tantric practice. There may indeed be some validity to this. To much of anything can be debilitating. As one ages this becomes more important. I wouldn't write it off without further investigation.

Give your gf orgasms to absorb her chi, but don't release any of your own. Couple of months of this, and you'll have buckets of extra energy.

By harnessing your sexual energy properly, you increase what is known in the Sanskrit language as ojas (oh-jahs) which means subtle vitality. Ojas is the high-octane fuel that not only nourishes all your organs but also enables you to experience deep meditation and even ecstatic states of consciousness. In other words, ojas allows you to complete the yogic journey. If you are eager to explore your body’s full potential, you must channel the life energy upward by the various means of Hatha Yoga, especially meditation. But build the foundations first: Strengthen you body, discipline your emotions, and train you mind.

Mula Bandha means literally root lock. This technique is used to raise energy up to the more subtle spiritual energies.

it is completely true but you can also achieve this through tantric masturbation, learning to orgasm without ejaculation and therefore have multiple orgasms

totally true in my experience, with regard to physical power that is.

a good way to get a better workout ive read and tried very successfully is to masterbate until foaming at the mouth... without ejaculation... and THEN go to the gym.  watch as you hit a personal record!  :dancing:

Jing is produced by your liver and is what is released during ejaculation, not Chi. I don't know how to harness Jing but I'm sure it correlates to your Chi so it can benefit both.
