I throw the discus and the hammer and the training goes in 3 week cycles with a recovery week following every 3 weeks. Blah blah, body is torn apart and then the load lightens and I feel much better. The load is on a pyramid scheme, meaning the sets lessen as time goes on. As we go further down, your body will just feel immense and soooooo powerful. Something that used to be soooooo strenuous has become like nothing.

Like an adrenaline rush where everything appears so slow and you're in complete control. Then the release is the most amazing part, where you pretty much blow your load. The most beautifully violent aspect of the whole throw. It's the most amazing feeling in the world. The pop, the mechanics of how all your training and then your body hits the right positions. Many people just try to force the implements out there with strength but if they don't understand the forces they're fighting then they may end up fouling, falling and maybe breaking something, or just not be effective in their technique. The cancellation of forces is ideal to stay in and to throw farther.

And then when all is done, we're given a month off, which feels good.

I want to trip and throw. I think it'd be interesting. Then with that, when I trip I feel powerful as well. Not to the point where I believe I can fly, but I feel more physically able than before and things just flow more easily.

Anyhow, anyone else have any powerful whatever experiences they want to share. idk why I put this in P & S. i feel like it has some P&S qualities so eh.

one time i woke early and went back to bed. i fell asleep and i was instantly in a dream. I saw this girl sitting at my desk and i was like oh hey, then something made me feel uneasy and threatening. So i snapped out of my dream and as i tried to, i saw the girl change shape and fly to the side of my head. Now i was in this paralyzed state, in all literallness and this being was wispering lies, drenched with fear. I summoned all my inner strength and broke out of it, screaming no! Then i was back to normal.
The interesting thing that tells me this was not just a dream, was that i took this energy discovery and began to heal people. I have already healed my friends headache completly within seconds, twice, both exactly working the same and my other friends, aswell. This inner energy is something trully mysterious and i know is that it is fun to play with at times and fun to be responsible to my values with it at other times.

The mind is a creative tool. It searches to protect you, through message sensations(feelings). It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution.

And remember the computer does not appear to respond to words of anger and frustration - just give it input, in the form of new meanings that you know to be true and its messages to you and the limits it lays out for you, will change.

Guilt is an outcome of believing you are the cause of the problems.

Yet, we are not a cause to something, we see is negative or bad - Unless you believe your intentions are directed towards a bad outcome....
