Take mixed martial arts classes (Shootfighting) or maybe Brazillian Jiu jutsu or however you spell it.

personally it sounds like you're more aiming towards

ninjitsu - on the grounds that if you got in a street fight, wanted to handle it elegantly but still wanted to end up breaking their limbs at the same time...
or aikido - to do the same thing with elegant / grace.. but to more humiliate them in a non harmful manner

Absolutely no question... Baguazhang. Yin style is better in my opinion, but Cheng style is more available and good too. Check out yinstylebagua.com
