anyone here practice martial arts ? If so what kind/type ?
I just got started in Pencak Silat about half a year ago. I think it's great.  :thumbup:

Ive been practicing in Muy Thai for about three years now. Actually I will be in three tournaments next month in Munich.

Chung do kwan thai kwan do for the last 20-odd years... I also used to Thai Box, but haven't fought since I was a kid.

Dabbled in a few...Judo, Jujitsu and Aikido. I'd say the most physically demanding one was Judo, but probably the least effective in a street fight.

Pencak would be very effective in a street brawl. It is majorly self-defense and thus would be effective against an attack.
