looks like every other strain! my guess is it's ps.cubensis!

i've noticed every strain i've grown looks identical at that stage, and some at maturity.

I agree 95% look the same there are though some specific characteristics which are strain specific that can help experienced mycologist ID certain cubensis strains. PFClassics, Brazilians, South Americans/PESA/Amazonians, PESH/Hawaiians, Huautlas, etc; Some are easily identified while others can be narrowed down to a select group by these characteristics. At this stage almost all cubies look the same at this stage. Nice looking cake BTW!!!:thumbup:

If i ate those now, or waited a few days, would i be able to trip? I have heard that size doesn't matter, although i think maturity has more to do with it.

Thanks for the responses. What I was wondering is when the mushroom is this small does it already have all the psilocybin that it would have if i waited till tommrow. I know your supposed to wait, but im wondering this still.

As I understand it...

The smaller ones will have a higher percentage of actives per weight.
As they get bigger the percentage of actives decreases but the actual amount of actives goes up.

So the smaller ones have a higher percentage but less actual (due to being small) the bigger ones have a lower percentage than the small ones but more actives (due to being big).

The optimum level of actives being when the veil breaks.
After that the energy goes into spores.
So I think 3.5g dried of small mushies will probably have more actives than 3.5g dried of large mushies.
But then if the 3.5g of small mushies were allowed to grow out they might be 7g when done...

haha that probably makes no sense at all!!!!
