Ok this list has been refined well, and I like this input you guys have... thank you...

Daytripper you wanted to know what this game is like?
It is going to be fun I know it!

First every players turn order goes
1.Draw
2.Play
3.Discard

Simple rules are placed next to deck of cards.

Simple rules state "Draw one. Play one."

*There are 27 Other rules - (More I need to think of) that can be played anytime as long as someone has in hand.

Rules range from draw more to play more to more complex rules like more rules and no rules and play cards at random or discard/move OBJECTS.

Objects are what is needed to get high.

Objects are the way to win.

No one can win unless they have the right combination of objects.

No one can win unless the "to get high" card is played. (again trying to think of a catchy term for "win" or "get high")
***I.E. to win any player must have Canibis + Lighter + any of these or only one of these (Pipe, Bong, Papers, Blunts.)

Then there are EVENTS. Events are played once and the effect stated on the card Happens to the game.

Total of 26 events, trying to think of more.

List of events.

********Can any one think of some interesting ideas of events? Or change the names of some of these events!******

"Thief natured" - Take someones Object
"Plentiful Stash" - Give someone your Object
"Jonesing" - Take Extra turn
"lucky Day" - Everyone Gets one card off of draw and you chose who gets what
"Lost and Found" - If you have less than 3 cards draw up so you have a total of 3, if you have more than 3 cards discard till you have 3.
"New day" - Reshuffle Discard into Draw pile
"Balls to the wall" - Play all objects in hand
"Need for everything"- Remove Hand and Object limit rules in play
"get what you want" Choose rule or action in discard pile and play
"Narc the person" - Trash one object of player of your choice
"Narc the Home" - Trash All objects of player of your choice
"Wishfull thinking" - Trade hands with player of choice
"You got what I want, You got what I need" - Trade your Object with object of your choice
"Strange Day" - Draw 2 and Play
"Odd Day" - Draw 3 and play 2, discard last
"Terrible day" - Draw 2, play one
"Life altering change" - Discard hand and draw same number as before
"Lawless Town" - Discard your choice of up to 2 rules in play.
"Freedom" - Remove ALL rules.
"Community wide Confusion" - Rotate Hands
"Community Wide Theft" - Discard all objects
"Community Gift Exchange" Exchange all objects at random (each player gets same number as he/she had before.
"vote For change" Trash rule of choice
"No one Can get high" - Turns "win" "Get high" card over and removes a win for anyone untill it becomes players turn who played this event again.
"Drugs dont work!" - Discard "win" or "get high" card

List of Rules (need to be refined and renamed)

Object Limit - 4
Object Limit - 3
Object Limit - 2
Draw - 5
Draw - 4
Draw - 3
Draw - 2
Play - 4
Play - 3
Play - 2
Play - ALL
Hand Limit - 2
Hand Limit - 1
Hand Limit - 0
Rule Limit - 5
Rule Limit - 4
No hand Bonus - If no cards are in hand you draw 3 at start of turn then follow current rules
Rich Bonus - If you have more objects than other players draw one extra card at start of turn, then follow current rules.
Poor Bonus - If you have less objects than other players Draw one card at the start of turn, then follow current rules.
Inflation - Add 1 to any numarical value on any card.Ex.(1 +1)(one +0)
Reverse order - Turn order will reverse at end of turn in which rule was played, if 2 players are playing then treat as "take another turn"
First play Random - First card played on each players turn is done so at random by the person to your left.
Play random - First Card in players hand must be played at random each turn.
Discard one - Each player must discard one card of choice At the START of their turn each turn, resume turn as normal.
Discard one at random - Each player must discard one card at random at the START of each players turn, resume turn as normal.
Safe Keepings - Player must give object to player of choice at START of players turn, at end of turn card returns to original owner, if rule is removed before the end of turn then the object does not return.
On the Run - Discard one object at random at the START of each players turn.

you still didnt add ketamine(sp) or GHB which are both mainstream drugs.

Sounds like a fun game though. I'd like to play it.

And last but not least the Ways to "win" or ways "to get high"

Very obvious for each but unique because you need exactly whats on the card or terms to win.

-Cannabis + Lighter + Pipe,bong,Aluminum can,Papers,Blunts
-Resin + Lighter + Pipe or Bong
-Mushrooms (must have ONLY mushrooms out to win)
-Morning Glory + Cannabis or Alcohol
-Salvia Divinorium + Lighter + Pipe,Bong,Aluminum can
-Pharmaceuticals + Cannabis or Resin
-DMX (only if DMX and Mushrooms are in play Mushrooms can be under any ones control)
-Alcohol + Shot Glass
-Cocaine + $20
-Cocaine + Lighter + Foil
-Methamphetamine + Lighter + Bulb,or foil
-Crack Cocaine + Lighter + Glass Tube + Copper/Steel Wool
-Heroin/Opium + Lighter + Spoon + Needle
-Cocaine (but NOT if Someone has Crack cocaine in play)
-Speed (But NOT if some one has Cocaine in play)
-Nitrous Oxide + Balloon
-LSD (But ONLY IF DMX AND MUSHROOMS are in play)
-Ketamine ( But only if Speed is in play)

Amanita Muscaria (It would be a really nice looking card to have IMO) maybe you would also need a "Sun" card because they need to be dried.

Caapi Vine, Syrian Rue, Cooking Pot (You would need these three for Ayahuasca)

Datura, sun, Cooking Pot?

Maybe instead of instantly winning with a combination you just get a point and set the cards aside in a pile?

Just some ideas...I dont know how much u'll like it or not but u could use F.U.B.A.R. as the win word, it stands for Fucked up beyond any recognition. We used to use it in high school but it seems to fit the game.

Also do u earn money or anything in the game?? how exactly do u get the objects in the game? Maybe u have already said how and i just need to read it again. But if u do earn money, you should have a bank and pocket money...like money u take with u to get drugs or somehting like that, and then for the "Narc the Person" they would also lose their pocket money, and for the "Narc the Home" they could also lose their bank. I mean when ppl get narced on they lose their money along with their drugs. Just an idea

I think money may make it to complicated, however if you have an action card that would imitate money ("Head Shop Sale") it would be as if you were playing money, but the aspect of the game would be simpler.

Also, cards like "Broke as a joke" could limit players to no new objects, or "Junkie": Remove one object to play one drug.

Yeah, I saw some people playing fluxx and kinda tried to make it more like a stoner game i cam play with friends and that is not that lame.
