advice on post-frequent tripping...

on erowid they say tripping 4-10 times a year is fine...but ive tripped 20 times a year for the last 2 years, due to lack of realization and awareness (time in between trips ranging from a day to a month)...so so far what ive done is ceased my use of strong hallucinogens (its been a couple of months so far) ((i weened myself off of em)) and plan on not taking any for a couple of years. although i still smoke cannabis (lightly)((every couple of days (((about a quarter of a gram each time)))))...

so, wut i'm asking for is any advice any of u guys might have that'll help me in my recovery...like, maybe some supplements (5htp?)or practices..

How do you feel at the moment? As far as recovery goes I think everyone can benefit from joining a gym, hardcore gyming can do wonders for your mental health. Supplement wise Omega 3 and 6 caps as well as a B vitamin complex (sometimes labelled stress formula). Be aware however that there is not some magic pill to 'fix' you, avoid spending all your time trying to find it, you can convince yourself you have other problems. Whey protein shakes every morning can really boost your immunity which suffers when you are stressed out, they taste great too. Just hang in there man, make some effort and you will feel the benefit.

at the moment, physically, i feel a bit not as good as i should. ive got this problem with my back for one thing, that i still need to go to a chiropractor for...and overall i feel like my energy level is low, and i feel jaded..but ill take u up on the exercise...im pretty sure that'll bring my energy level up..mentally, i sumtimes worry about the condition on my mind...but its nothing scary..i know it'll improve with time + supplements..

well, overdoing sumthing makes the side effects more severe...so it is kinda like overdoing anything else..

i was just seeing if anyone here is/was in a similiar situation and maybe could advise me on stuff that helps...
