What, did you sit there waiting for three days?
Because that would really suck...

I tried really hard for months to organize the event. PMing everyone interested and doing the research to pick a good place, etc. I will not attempt this again as many of those involved did not let me know of their change in plans until I tried repeatedly to get a final confirmation. I consider this being socially irresponsible.

I apologize to tak for going up there alone, but I tried to encourage everyone to contact me as lead organizer. The post had been up for months and tak did not mention anything of his interest until Friday.

Se la vie. I will go solo or with evolving next weekend. I no longer consider this an "event", but anyone still wishing to join us can PM me.

its all good, i thoght you all left, geokills is always online, and friday evening he wasnt..i was almost sure i was missing out. Wheni got there, i wasnt the only one looking for people...i met a few other guys who were looking for people from the internet, they were supposed to be shrooming with them. But they knew nothing of the shroomery. They went their ways, and i went mine. I ended up splitting, and going to a friends house about an hour away from joshua tree. It actually turned into a fun weekend :P
