I currently listen to August Burns Red alot. Its got alot of great break downs.

I could never listen to that for more than a couple tracks. Still a great band though, Bergtatt is one of my all time favorite albums.

Yeah, they're definitely more hardcore than metal...they're from my hometown, so I get all nostalgic and listen to them once in a while :smile:

I think a lot of these sub-genres fall under the metal category...like thrash, hardcore, grind core, etc.
