Sore throat

Hi, for the last couple days I have had the worst cough and sore throat. I'm already using zinc losanges and Proposil throat spray. I also have echinicea buy I haven't used it yet. Do you have any secret remedies for the sore throat? Thanks a bunch.

Make some very light green tea with lots of honey and no lemon. That usually heps for my sore throats

take warm water in a cup, add a lot of salt, stir, gargle. Repeat 5-6 times per day for a few days. It helps and will save you a ton of money.

Do not swallow the salt-water.

Damn, it must suck to have a sore throat at this time of year. Where in Canada are you? I'm on VI and we just had some rain. It's actually pretty chilly right now im my boxers, my fingers are cold!

My personal favorite for sore throats is regular orange pekoe tea with a couple teaspoons of sugar and a bigggg tablespoon of some natural honey. It's loaded with antioxidants and things I don't even know about that help with many ailments. The different sugars should also help to give you a gentle "pick up" without much of a sugar rush/crash.

Try it out. I always have it when I'm sick or sick with a sore throat. Hope you feel better soon. I hate sore throats more than anything.
