why am I sitting at this computer still
with all the life I have to fill
wasting my time with philosophy
trying to relay to others how I see
all should gather for the common goal
take life as it comes and let it flow

a poem I wrote for Valentine's Day...

"Eyes On the Horizon"

Under a blanket of sweet smoke and breath
feeling her presence, this is no test.
finding yourself, see who you are,
gracing such a touch
filled with compassion,
connected over the lines of reason,
there is your hope.
Sense this utter warmth inside
letting go on a whim of ease.
lost no more,
in the arms of an angel
wishing for an eternity of loving bond.
Beings of love and light
finding each other once again
Upon revelation
fear and ego is dissipated,
embracing our desire to weep in the fountain
witnessing such divine omnipresent beauty...
runs down a tear of happiness.

there's a hole in my head.. Am I dead?
I donno, but these thoughts that I'm having are swirling with red.
there was this book that I read tiltled, "The way to the truith"
but somehow it left me feeling all alienated and pooped.
I droup when I walk, I stare and I gawk, I drop my ass down on this curb for a smoke.... My thoughts like to run marathons while I ride on thier backs, when girls look at me I can't help but feel lack... back in the days when life was so simple I liked to watch bugs with no worrys of pimples. dimples are cutie like little rattle snake boots... on bunnies I laugh when I get punched in the face. for nothing at all I'll give you my hand to help you see through me, where do we stand? maybe we can be together instead of apart, why do these things happen?... is it nature or art? how heartless I am for making all of you suffer, give me my bread so I can watch myself starve. from far away everything looks peaceful, but the closer I get the more it seems strange. the faces of the people are distorted, the places where they live are like lunchboxes filled with rotting matter waiting for thier seeds to give birth to somthing fresh. mesh with the chaos and feel the fragile shell crack, it wants to hang on but it's too young and weak... it can't survive. where will I be in the minute to come, well if it does, I'll be here? hmm.

While the world still slowly ends
the people dream.
a realm of psychedelia
a place where everything has meaning.
each dream each vision
a figment of fantasy
it is a curtain pulled to cover reality
OR
is it a dream of reality
a peek into truth through the keyhole
ofthe door separating
Reality and Fantasy.
Fantasy and Reality.
Imagination carries us away
like the wind carries
a fallen misguided leaf.
each sense magnified-
amplified as if each step, each blink,
a new adventure- a new world.

What were the skies like when you were young?
They went on forever. When i- when we lived in Arizona the skies always had little fluffy clouds in em, and uh, they were long and clear, and there were lots of stars at night. and uh, when it would rain they would all turn... it- they were beautiful; the most beautiful skies as a matter of fact. The sunsets were Purple and Red and Yellow on fire and the clouds would catch the colors everywhere. That's neat cuz I used to look at them all the time when i was little. You don't see that; you might still see them in the desert.

my vote of aproval is nill - cuz all our guv cares about is the bill -
dollar that is - for fuck's sake, the bushes run the oil biz! - all they do is take, no give -
while the earth is raped and we struggle to live - corperations keep expanding - want my advice, start disbanding

Poetry shouldn't be barred into set rules that is ridiculous poetry flows from heart and mind from spirit no punctuations and vindications of course this is my own opinion but i am a professional

I wrote this only to walk into a record store and find out that it is the name of Hanson's new album. Shit! it sounded better when I wrote it though.
