Do you know her well? Long time friend or acquaintance?

umm more of both, i didnt talk to her much in the beggining school years. I started knowing her well in our highschool years. Not really hardcore friends, Ive been to her house a couple of times. Been to a couple partys with her, danced with her hahaha

Perhaps you are not in love with her. I think a lot of people, especially younger ones, tend to mistake a mixture of lust and infatuation for love. Maybe it's just me, but I feel as though you have to know someone well before you can truly love them.

With that said, I think the appropriate course of action would be to get her number, then set up a date. See where her interests lie, and go from there.

Well, if you truly love her - unconditionally, then go ahead and do let go. Tell her that you're happy to see her and hug her. If you're afraid of the consequences then your love is conditional, since YOU WANT for her to see YOU and accept YOU in a certain way (he's non-intrusive, kind, loving, etc.). I'm not saying to attack this girl and become obsessive about her. Be detached, yet loving. If your love is true then no matter what she does, says or believes about you, herself or anyone else will change that. People don't shy away from love, they shy away from neediness.

Sounds like she has put a spell on you.

Is she worth it? Do you want to be in love? Are you willing to risk all other aspects of your relationship with her for the chance of being with her? Do you genuinely love her or are you just seeking her approval for your own self-confidence?

If the answer is no, don't sweat it. There are other girls. Find something else to be interested in.

If she is worth it, than she's worth it. Let her know, in subtle ways, that you like her. Touch her shoulder, ask her to hang out with you. Give her a present. Court her. Do things that make her feel happy and loved, and hopefully she will begin to return the feeling.

Good luck either way.

It sounds like infatuation to me. I have been there several times and in fact I may have just recently gotten over the problem (although it could just be because I haven't experienced it in a long time). Before you go buck wild on her try to calm yourself down a little because in my experiences girls just get scared away by things like this. They tend to follow guys who are stronger than the "I'm crazy insane over you" type. What I mean is try to realize that this girl is just another girl, she isn't a super-human angel or something. It may help to discuss the situation with some girl friends you may have to get their advice on the situation. Chances are they will not only have some good advice but they may also be able to put in the "good word" for ya. Good luck man. "Love is a battlefield"
