I hate to give such mad props for the town I'm living in because it's a little bit embarrasing... but man, I really, really love this place. I mean, it's a nice wholesome little place. Good, honest people and plenty of bud. Everyone's always chillin, there's plenty of work and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than living in vic.

If you're "looking" at moving to BC, please come to the Island. I know that you won't be disappointed. You haven't really been to BC unless you've visted Vancouver and Victoria. Kelowna and Penticton are great, especially for tourists but you really need to visit the coast.

Man, it seems there is more then enough B.C.'ers to get a gathering going.

We should all really think about it for the summer. Of course, something outdoorsy if possible

I've been born and raised around Central B.C....

I know of so many lakes/campsites that aren't even on any maps. Something like that isn't for the extreme city person though. You'd pretty much only have to worry about bringing food(or money for food). tent, sleeping bag and whatever else you may wish.

I'd be able to get enough friends with vehicles to go, so everyone would have a ride to the actual site from the city.

but that's my neck of the woods.

I'd totally be down for helping out getting some sort of gathering going in the okanogen though or possibly just outside vancouver.
