post preview-window doesn't appear

hey my preview post window doesn't show up anymore when i run my cursor over a post that window doesn't pop up any more. is there a way for me to fix this?

mine hasnt worked since I got back on here a couple months ago. I sure wish it did as well. I thought until I saw this that maybe they didnt carry it over when they updated the board but I guess I was wrong, please fix this for me as well. Peace
