Love is the answer

Everything that happens to you calls for you to make a decision. The "highest" choice will produce the best result.

What then is the "highest" choice? Is it the choice that is sponsored by love or by fear?

I think everyone would agree that almost everything in life works out for the better when people are getting along. Example: you're at the dinner table with your family. Is everything more enjoyable when the family is getting along, or when people are argueing with each other for fear that they will lose something?

So why as people do we not a least *try* to make choices which promote love(or at least kindness) when dealing with other people?

Love is the answer

Oh I KNOW it's easier said than done, or else I would have Christ-conciousness right now, but i'm just surprised that people don't at least move their actions towards love.

I find your question one of the deepest posted here in this forum.
Because I struggle with the same dilemma
But to answer the question you are seeking for, you have to ask the right question.
Why am I not a vessel of love? or why am I, not moving my actions towards love?
In my case I found so far, a tremendous irrational fear for feeling life and I emphasize irrational.
My question now is why do I have this fear?

Love is so hard to practice but its an all or none deal. If everyone in society was governed by the principle of love, then everything would be perfect. But if just you did, then everyone would take advantage of that and it wouldn't work. Everyone needs to love, not just one person or a few people. But we do need a few people to set the ball rolling.

Love is the answer.. but sometimes I find myself wanting
to play the games.. create the dramas.. it's like I know that I
should just let it go and Love. but I like some of the feelings
that playing the game gives me.. but I feel like im losing
the game im playing.. there is this Girl that I Love .. I know
she Loves me too but when she proclaimed she Loved
someone else.. I was almost hearbroken.. and i responded
with anger and hostility..
my wish was coming true, then the next thing I know it seems that all is lost.. that she doesnt wish what I wish..
I wish that She would wish what I wish! I wish to fall in Love with her.. I wish that she would wish to fall in Love with me! Why not ? I will let it go and Love Her, the Girl of My Dreams.

my sentiments exactly. when the girl i was in love with decided against our relationship, i wansn't necessarily hostile, but i was angry and moreso, extremely hurt and depressed. but i know there is no point in senseless anger, so instead of dwelling on the pain, i try to keep living my life and not worry about things beyond my control. but i do still love her, and i let her know it. i will wait...

there is far too much hate in this world and i agree this world would be a much better place if we started to focus on more positive energy. however as previously stated, i also think that when one person dedicates themself to this lifestyle in a society of others, they will be taken advantage of. must look for a compromise..

In the bible it relates to situations like that. Let's say that there is profound sadness and grief built up in somone. If that is the case then they will not want to love for fear of creating something that can be destroyed. So in that you would need to build a fire of hate and grief worse then before. So that they can heal. Same principles of broken bones in doctoring. What do you think?

Man Strange I wish I could really help you. I'm still learning how to let shit like that go myself, and I haven't been able to put it into words.

For now, just blow it off man. Laugh at life when it brings you bullshit like that girl problem. Laugh at it.

You're a perfect God working through and imperfect vessel. Detach yourself from need.

Ahhh.. Love and rapture.. I remember those words some centuries ago..

Can't give love or find love if you've lost your soul or given it away.. So find first your pieces of your soul scattered across realms or else you're just an empty vessel for love..

BTW - I"m just speaking to everybody and nobody, not at you.
